Every Thanksgiving my family therapist daughter, Amy Forton, invites her friend and colleague Sharon Jones Forrester, a clinical neuropsychologist and her husband Paul to join us all for dinner. Sharon fortunately for us has a split personality. Psychology and cheese, her second love. She arrives with every cheese known to man and sets up a display that would make Martha Stewart jealous. Each cheese is labeled carefully. With experience we have learned after all these years that you can’t eat pounds of cheese right before a mammoth Thanksgiving dinner. So the Cheese Fest takes place on Thanksgiving day and the Turkey is Friday.
So, here pictured are a small sample of her display.
Thank you Sharon for so much deliciousness and a gain of five pounds.
