I wrote previously about the Rock Harbor Grill in Orleans on Cape Cod but last night we had a salmon dish that deserved a post of its own.
Chinese 5 Spice Glazed Faroe Island Salmon pan seared and served over Spanish chorizo-vegetable fried rice, topped with seasonal fruit salsa, and drizzled with sweet soy.
You might think that this dish came from a young wife’s multi ingredient first attempt at gourmet cooking. Alas there is a whole lot of stuff in this dish. But overkill is not a problem with this entree. It was a definite WOW.
Rock Harbor Grill always has an eclectic menu. You can expect food from Jakarta to Burgers to Jamaica and Pizza. Always a surprise.
